Super easy online transaction, fast shipping, arrived undamaged. My only complaint is regarding the stated dimensions were a bit misleading as height is listed as 1″ but to install vertically, that dim (1.5″) is actually listed as the width. I am able to work with the misunderstood difference and am quite pleased with the vent.
