Loyalty Rewards

All registered customers (previously known as PRO Account members) qualify for loyalty rewards. Creating an account is quick and easy. Once registered, you will automatically be eligible to start receiving points for all orders on RoofingDirect.com.

Points are accrued based on spending tiers. Every purchase of $20 will automatically generate 1 point and be credited to a customer's rewards account. Each point is equal to $1. For example, if you spend $100, you will receive $5 in credit to be used with a future purchase.

While logged in, you can view your existing points balance by viewing your account and clicking on the “My Points” tab. To use your points, simply add an item to your cart and enter the number of desired points to be used with your order. Afterwards, select “Apply Points” and the credit will appear as a discount in your cart total.

When you register your account, you will receive a welcome email with some additional details. After you receive the welcome email, your rewards points will be activated and ready to use.
