I only received 3 soffit vents of the 15 that I ordered. I’ve contacted Roofing Direct twice to try to get a refund but I haven’t seen the charge deducted from my credit card account in a couple of weeks. The product if fine, but probably not worth the premium over the vents that can be bought at HD or Lowe’s.
