The Globe Vent is a static vent that is primarily used in commercial applications. The Globe Vent has a low profile and watertight construction while providing great airflow. The smaller sizes 12” diameter and under will have a draw bolt collar to create a secure fit. The larger sizes must be secured using sheet metal screws. This Globe Vent in quality constructed with heavy gauge galvanized steel. The Globe Vent is available in multiple pipe sizes ranging in diameter from 4-inch up to 24-inch. This product is intended to mount on the Globe Vent Base. See below for different base options.

The 10″ FAMCO Galvanized Commercial Grade Roof Vent is not designed for forced air exhaust. It can be used for static exhaust, it has an NFA of 66.76.
Unfortunately, this product is not designed to be used in forced air applications, it is better suited for a static vent application.

Great design and quality, as well as fast shipping. This new cap helped us get rid of a nasty backdraft issue (too minor to detect by a monoxide alarm, but enough to give us sore throats) caused by our deteriorated old cap. I had to crimp it with a hand crimper before I could use the draw bolt (6.5″ duct) but then it fit beautifully. It also has a circumferential indentation to keep you from installing it too low on your duct. 5 stars all around. We’re actually breathing better and are so appreciative.
