Versi-Foam Systems System 33 High Density Closed Cell Spray Foam Kit

The Versi-Foam Systems System 33 High Density Closed Cell Spray Foam Kit is packaged in two cartons. It includes the two chemical components, our patented U-Control dispensing gun attached to two 15 foot hoses, ten mixing nozzles, three fan tips, packet of petroleum jelly, and nitrile gloves. Will produce 396 square feet of cured foam at a 1″ thickness, or 33 cubic feet. The Systems System 33 does not require any external power source and does not contain any CFC’s, Penta-BDE’s, VOC’s, or Urea- Formaldehyde.

The high density spray foam formula is suitable for applications where a stronger, harder material is required. Including cryogenics and polyurethane foam roofing repair. This formulation has an expansion rate six times its original liquid volume. It is tack free in approximately 30 to 45 seconds. High density foam has a free rise density of 2.8 pounds per cubic foot. 3 pounds per cubic foot in place. It is 98% closed cell resulting in an R-factor of 7.7, a low moisture absorption rate and excellent compressive strength. This large system can be shut down and used on another day. Once the kit is opened, it is recommended that the kit be used in 30 days, and it is required that the systems are used at least once every seven days.
