AMES Waterproof Coatings MAXIMUM STRETCH

AMES’ Maximum-Stretch is a white, elastomeric, acrylic, rubberized roof coating & sealant with 650% elongation to resist cracking & peeling. With 88% light reflectivity, the bright white finish reduces surface temperatures resulting in lowered cooling costs. It can be used on a variety of roofs including metal, rolled, concrete, EPDM, wood & more. The AMES Maximum Stretch has a design that allows for easy application and no long-term worries as it is eco-friendly. Highly recommended to use primer before applying this coating.

Additional Information

• For multiple coats, wait a minimum of 24 hours with no chance of rain or freezing temperatures
• This product is non-toxic and does not require a mask for application
• This product can be sprayed:
  • Flow rate of 1.0 – 2.0 GPM, 2500 – 3000 PSI
  • Heavy Duty Reverse-clean tip (without diffuser pin) sizes
    : 629 (12” fan .029 orifice size) to 633 (12” fan .033 orifice size)
  • A 3/8″ reduced to 1/4″ (before connection to a gun swivel) hose size should be usedbefore connection to a gun swivel
• 1 gallon for 100 sq ft. with a minimum of 2 coats
• It is best to wash the surface of the roof with power washing or other means, do not use soaps or detergents
• With regular maintenance you should recoat the roof every 5-12 years
