    This product is specifically designed to be used alongside the natural light skylights, it is not recommended to be used with another type of skylight.

    No, unfortunately this diffuser is only compatible with Natural Light models.
    3. when you describe this as 14" -- is that the inside dimension of the trim ring or the center of the void where the tube would fit into? The tube I have measures 13" in diameter. Will this work? The tube is poss. 30 yrs old - I have no idea which manufacturer. thanks!

    The 14" measurement is the size of the tube required. Your 13" tube would not be compatible with this diffuser.

    Hello, we do not have installations for the diffuser itself, but the instructions for the tubular skylights show the part in more detail. Rigid Tubular Skylight Installation

    Yes, the 14" refers to the size of the diffuser only (clear cover).

    To remove these diffusers you twist them in a counter-clockwise motion.

    We currently do not offer any stand alone trim rings for your model of tubular skylights. We do offer a diffuser kit that comes with the glass diffuser and the trim pieces to attach to the tubular skylight. You can view that product here.

    A Hello, we currently do not refer contractors for jobs. I would recommend searching Angie's List or HomeAdvisor for qualified installers in your area.
    13. My tubular skylight is 10" in diameter, but the (broken) flat cover is approximately 13.25 inches on the outer diameter and the diffuser insert is approximately 9.5 inches in diameter. Will the Kennedy Rigid Skylight Flat Prismatic Diffuser fit?

    The 10" diffuser might work for you. It has an ID of 10" and an OD of roughly 12.5".
