The Resisto High Temperature Lastobond TU-HT Tile Roofing Underlayment is a high-temperature SBS modified bitumen membrane that can be exposed to temperatures up to 257 °F (125 °C). The top face is composed of non-woven polyester, perfect for tile roofing applications. The self-adhesive under face is covered with a silicone split-back release film. Due to its remarkable characteristics, tile lastobond roofing high temperature roofing underlayment TU-HT meets the requirements of Miami Dade County (NOA 18-0329.03) and of Florida building code: FL2569.
The Resisto High Temperature Lastobond TU-HT Tile Roofing Underlayment is resistant to weather fluctuations, self-sealing around nails and screws, can withstand 180 days of exposure, and is easy to clean and install. Suitable for foam applications as well as mechanically attached tiles. Sold by the pallet of 30.
