The RidgePro Plus is the solution for the roofing professional who currently has rope and harness equipment. This version includes The RidgePro adjustable roof anchor and an 8-foot Extension Pole that extends and locks at increments up to 16 feet long. This covers a vast majority of current, residential roofing structures. The RidgePro Plus comes with an Extension Pole that has a quick-release button made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon with a heavy duty locking pin, and a hexagonal inner pole made of annodized aluminum.

No, The newer version of the RidgePro does not use a threaded insert for the extension pole
Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we currently do not carry the pole separately.
When anchored, The RidgePro is compliant with OSHA standard 1926 Subpart M for a single user, withstanding and exceeding 5,000 pounds of static strength force. When not anchored, OSHA does not regulate "non-anchors" so you would be working with The RidgePro as an inspection tool, which grants 15 minutes of time on the roof before you must anchor.
The RidgePro Plus is designed for use on pitched roofs.
