The Roof Zone Ladder Hooks with Wheels are used to quickly and safely access steep roofs. These ladder hooks attach to the top two rungs of any ladder or extension ladder. Simply roll or slide the ladder past the roof peak and turn it over, the hook secures to the opposite side of the roof peak. The Roof Zone Ladder Hooks with Wheels feature a rubber grip T-bar to prevent damage to shingles and metal roofs. They also have yellow zinc plated steel for longer life. Two ladder hooks recommended for each ladder.

This product is not designed for that use. A product that would work better for that situation would be a ladder stabilizer. Click here to see our selection of stabilizers.
Hello, thanks for your inquiry. The product you require is a ladder stabilizer. Unfortunately, our current selection of stabilizers is not compatible with your ladder. They are only compatible with extension ladders.
These ladder hooks are not designed to fit over roof ridge vents. Some sizes may work, but it is not guaranteed.
The Roof Zone Ladder hooks with Wheels are designed to be used with round or d rung extension ladders. The Werner MT Series ladders are not compatible with these hooks.
For your specific job we recommend for you to use a ladder stabilizer. We offer a stabilizer with a 48" span to work around windows. You can view this product here.

Will this work with a parapet of a flat roof home? If not is there any thing that I can make the ladder stable at the parapet?
Hi Dan, this product is not designed for use with that application. We do have some products specifically intended to be used with parapet walls that can be found on our site.
aluminum would be better item is heavy yet appears to be a quality built tool
