Placed order over phone. Rep was very friendly and helpful. Received as promised maybe a day earlier. Stabilizer is structurally sound; easy to install on my ladder; and lighter than my other one thus a little easier handling my ladder. I use it on flat sections of roof to go over gutters while cleaning them. I had a gutter repair/installer doing some repair work on my gutters and this type stabilizer was on all his ladders thus my purchase. it stands a little further off than the ones made for flat surfaces which helps me with positioning ladder angle. Since it’s made for corners and the ends come back toward center of ladder, I think that one needs to be careful when using on a flat section not to reach out from ladder too far because i have sensation that it might roll with you. Haven’t had that to happen but it’s a slight concern that I pay attention to. Satisfied with purchase.

I ordered the corner stabilizer and my package arrived 2 days ahead of schedule but they shipped the wrong item. I emailed them that evening and received a reply early the next morning with an apology, a return shipping label and a tracking number for the shipment of the correct item. I was so impressed with service and the quality of the ladder stand-off that was sent by mistake that I called them and bought the stand-off as well. Their customer service is great and products are extremely well made and are very rugged.

Haven’t put it together yet. But I received it quicker than expected. Only problem is it was left out on our front porch and no one rang the door bell to know it was out there. Would not want it stolen. I would have preferred the delivery person at least do that so we know it is out there.
