Hi, yes, this product comes with a hand crank. We also sell a telescoping control rod that works great for vaulted ceilings.
Currently, all of the curb mount skylights we carry are fixed.

We ordered and paid for our skylight, 7 days went by and we never heard a word . On day 10 I called to check on our order and was given a ship out date , that day came and went then no more correspondence 6 days later I email the company and received a phone call stating they looked into it and our order never shipped. We canceled the order and did get an immediate refund.

The lead time for skylights can vary and sometimes there is even a greater delay than anticipated at the time of order due to material shortages, or production backlogs. In these circumstances, we try to keep the customer informed as much as possible. I do see that we contacted you a couple of times to provide an update on your order status, as well as issued the refund once you decided to cancel.
