The Kennedy Skylights Telescoping Control Rod is a smooth operating control rod allows you to open and close your vented Skylight with ease. The telescoping design allows you to reach up to 9 feet so the Venting Skylight can be opened and closed without a ladder. It collapses down to allow easy storage. This control rod already comes equipped with the Kennedy Skylights Hex Ball Adapter. It attaches directly to the manual control on the vented skylights, and it fits into the operator on the skylight frame. This product is designed to fit with Kennedy Ventilating Skylights, it is not guaranteed to be compatible with other models of skylights.

Yes, the hex ball fitting should be replaceable. We have it available if you click here.
You only need one control rod, but an adapter for each of the skylights you wish to use the control rod with. This item does not include the hex ball adapter, but we sell them here.
