Very good price. Custom color. They took a lot longer than the estimate and there wasn’t an update on the product status (I had to email for an answer). I was fine waiting, but I just wanted to know what the status was – I think this should be changed in the system which is otherwise quite good. The vents arrived a bit dinged up and scratched from shipping – they weren’t packed as carefully as they could have been so they dented and scratched one another in the box. The customer service is quite good and responsive. The pricing was excellent. Well below the big box store prices for a specific color. Btw, the big box store ones are all messed up and scratched and dented too – so it’s not like you can pay more and get one that’s perfect / not damaged. Overall, I would order them again and would recommend RoofingDirect.com (I already have, in fact).
