The RDP Storm Collar is intended for use with metal pipe flashings to divert water from running down the pipe. The RDP Storm Collar is equipped with an adjustable tab for easy installation, and is constructed of heavy 26 gauge galvanized steel. This product is available for both single wall and “B” gas vent pipes (see SKU# SCB for B-vent style). Sizes range from 3 inch to 18 inch inner diameter.

The exterior diameter for a 8" RDP Storm Collar is 10".
Yes, this storm collar can be fitted around the pipe and then secured with the tab for a snug fit.
Yes, if you're fitting to a 10" hole this would be the correct storm collar. Typically it is 1/2" wider but once you install it, it closes to a tight fit at 10".

Great with the shipping! Arrived quickly.
Not quite so great with the packing. Since a square box was simply flattened, the box got folded at the ‘seam’. My collar was bent in three places. I needed it right away, so I just hammered it to flatten it.
I’ll order again, as needed, and am so glad I found y’all. Packing methods need a bit of attention, though!
