The 6" cap will fit over a 6" single wall pipe without needing to crimp the ends.
The RDP Galvanized Cone Top Chimney Cap with Screen is not available in an 18 inch diameter. It is available here without the screen.
The Cone Top Chimney Cap with Screen – Galvanized is not available in that size. All of the sizes available are currently listed on our website.
This cap isn't designed for that application, but we do have a Rooftop Exhaust Vent designed for kitchen exhaust fans. This would be a much better solution for your application.
