SaverSystems FlashSeal is a long lasting flashing repair system designed to stop leaks from faulty or deteriorated flashings around chimneys, stacks, and vents. Available in Black, Brown, and White, it can be dyed to match your customer’s roof. Simply apply FlashSeal with a brush around the area to be repaired, place a strip of reinforcement fabric over the base coat and apply another coat. 1 gallon covers 28 linear feet or 14 sq. ft. Sold in 1 gallon containers.
