Standard Return Policy

Products damaged in shipping or missing:

If your order becomes damaged in transit, please call or email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please provide a photo of the damaged item and the order number. When applicable, please notate the damage on the B.O.L and let the delivery driver know. Once the required info is received by RoofingDirect.com, we will issue a credit or replacement. If a product is missing, please contact us within 48 hours, and we can issue either a credit or replacement. Damaged and missing item claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns:

For returns, the product must be in original factory condition, in the original packaging and without defects. Please contact us with your order number and the items you’d like to return, and we will issue a Return Authorization form that must be placed with the shipment. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the shipment. 

Please note: Certain Metal Flashing and Ventilation Products that are custom made to your specs cannot be returned. These are products that are not advertised on our website and are stock items. Our team will let you know at the time of order if the product you ordered is non-returnable. All sales are final on these products.
